All our products have a unique smoked twist, which is what makes them taste incredible. Moorish was created by our founder, Julie Waddell, a mother of two who first made smoked humous for her young family. Passionate about great flavour and natural, high quality food Julie was a freelance radio journalist, most recently working on BBC Radio 4’s “The Food Programme”. Julie and the Moorish team are passionate about doing things properly…and our customers tell us it shows in the taste & quality of our products. Moorish smoked humous & dips are made using ingredients that are gently & naturally cold smoked in Britain.
