NEMPACT is a bridge for blue collar job seekers and industry. NEMPACT leverages online assessments coupled with predictive analytics to find the right fit for the right career. We started operations in 2015 as a technology company focused on developing technology solutions for social impact. Our early stage solutions included an online assessment platform that is currently deployed on skill assessments for Govt. projects under the NSDC and has delivered over 90,000 assessments still date. Having spent over two years in the field we identified placements for blue collar workers to be an underserved market with ineffective solutions. Vocational sector placements are a specialization that traditional resume aggregation platforms fail to recognize. Vocational job seekers do not have fancy resumes and college degrees to showcase when seeking a job. NEMPACT leverages a combination of technology, analytics and physical infrastructure to provide the ideal placement solution enabling recruiters to make the right hiring decision. Our goal is to help the blue-collar sector workforce develop a career not just find a job.
