WebQuarters quickly expanded operations and has an established 24/7 Global Support Centre, based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, employing over 120 people, providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line Support, designed to supplement (not replace) the ERP Vendor Maintenance agreements. This team also supplements project delivery services with specialist technical and functional implementation expertise, very often delivered on client premises.
