United Welding Supplies was formed in 1985 in Hitchin Hertfordshire (UK) where the head office remains today. Expansion over the years has lead to further branches, Norwich in 1989 and Peterborough in 1996.   Today, United Welding Supplies Ltd employs over 40 members of staff consisting of sales personnel, service engineers, distribution and administration staff.  Through supporting business at every step of the supply chain, we have developed into one of the UK’s leading industrial suppliers. Our team of dedicated sales engineers receive continuous product training allowing us to offer the highest level of technical advice and to handle your requirements efficiently and effectively. We have trade counters at each depot for call and collect business and seven vans delivering free of charge to a 60 mile radius of each branch.  In addition to our own vehicles the partnership we have with DPD freight services allows us to distribute products on a worldwide scale.
