Jim Grogan is the Principal of the Firm has been in business as a Sole Practitioner in independent private practice since 2001. He has extensive experience in a number of legal areas including: • Litigation • Employment Law • Conveyancing Law • Estate Planning/Wills & Probate • Family Law Jim is also admitted to practice law as a Solicitor by the Senior Court of England & Wales. He has also been formally admitted to practice as a Solicitor by the Supreme Court of Western Australia. He is a qualified Trust & Estate legal practitioner (TEP) specialising in the area of Probate Law and is fully accredited by the Law Society of Ireland. Jim is also a full member of The Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) worldwide. He has appeared and represented clients of his legal practice in all courts and tribunals within the Republic of Ireland. He also practised law in Western Australia for a period with similar experience in the Law of Probate and Litigation.
