ICA offers hope as we provide assistance and resources to our neighbors. We uphold the dignity of our community members as they strive for self-sufficiency, and share this ongoing work in partnership with the congregations, organizations, businesses and individuals in our surrounding areas.
ICA has 3 pillars that indicate our community impact: 1) Stopping an immediate crisis, 2) Preventing immediate crises, 3) Promoting long term stability. We execute these strategies through Food, Homelessness Prevention, and Employment Support Services.
ICA serves seven communities in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities: Excelsior, Hopkins, Minnetonka, Deephaven, Greenwood, Shorewood and Woodland.
