Lambent Services is a boutique staffing agency that provides Personal and Executive Assistants to clients who care about the quality of their time. We take a highly customized approach that matches clients and assistants based on skills and personality characteristics, and excel at finding assistants who are unusually intelligent, collaborative, nuanced, and polished. For placements, we recruit for each position discretely and find exactly what the client wants within short timeframes. We work very hard at the front end so that the client does not waste time interviewing unsuitable candidates. We maintain dedicated assistant pools in New York City, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley and Palm Beach that are available for ongoing work with individuals who need fractional help, from 8-30 hours / week. Our paramount objective is Perfect Support, which is not flawless performance by the principal or the assistant. It is a match which promotes each person’s ability to work at their highest register within that relationship.
