There are several specific features defining setup of spaces for commercial, administrative, storage or production activities: • the work required is complex, ranging from demolishing to finishing and decorating, installation of sound and security systems, which necessitates services of a team of professionals in various areas; • all work must be completed on time. Each business has multiple liabilities, not only towards creditors and partners, but also customers, therefore meeting the deadlines is among the priorities; • a restaurant, a store or an office must be opened as soon as possible, which requires working quickly.
