Equilibrium opened in 1997 as the first licensed STOTT PILATES training and certification center in the United States. Our first equipment studio has tripled in space and in 2016 we opened a second location in downtown Birmingham. Please stop into either studio where you will be welcomed warmly , even if you don’t know much about Pilates or fitness. Equilibrium's 24 instructors are the best in the Midwest, and all are expertly trained and certified. They are also friendly, approachable and willing to help you in any way they can.
