Continuum has developed a reputations for fast response times, same day or 24-hour admissions, and 5 days per week hospice aide visits as requested. Calls are answered 24 hours a day by one of our Registered Nurses or triage team members who can dispatch an RN to your location. Your comfort and peace of mind is our priority.
