In 1997 we commenced marketing and selling the Sanctuary Lakes Resort when the area consisted of mostly farmland. As the Resort developed our real estate agency was established to meet the increasing demand for real estate services both within the Resort and the emerging Point Cook area in general. Who would have thought that Point Cook would so quickly become the vibrant residential community that it is today?
