Who we are: navalue GmbH was founded in 2019 by three partners who had previously assumed leading roles and positions in Ship Design, Project Management, R&D, Quality Management, Sales and After Sales & Warranty. The Custom Ferry Design & Consultancy company builds on more than fifty years of practical shipyard experience. This knowledge provides a solid foundation for the creativity to develop bespoke, innovative and cost-effective solutions. During our career we successfully contributed to the design, engineering and construction of more than sixty ro-ro and ro-pax vessels. Our Motivation: The purpose of the founding partners is to provide outstanding Ship Designs and Consultancy. We believe that ship owners and operators need and deserve the exactly right products to fulfill their business objectives. How we work: Our approach to design and consulting sees customer involvement as integral part and ensures seamless support from early definition of functional requirements to delivery of the end product. What we do: With a portfolio that ranges from developing concept designs, preparing tender packages, organizing tender processes, evaluating offers, assessing shipyards and ships to Project- and Contract Management and onsite support navalue provides expertise in the key areas of any newbuild, repair and conversion project.
