An engineer and a pharmacist started in their careers both in the corporate world. Few years’ later, husband and wife team decided to put-up their own business. In 1996 Mariz Cosmetics House, the mother company was established to manufacture home-made beauty soaps. Other cosmetic lines were developed, for retail and for bulk orders that dermatologist use in their clinics. Their main business continued on as a manufacturer of cosmetic products until 2000 when one client who was unable to pay his account, gave them (2) facial beds and equipment as payment. That was the time when they decided to put up a Facial Center. With 2 beds and using Mariz cosmetics products for treatments and skin care maintenance, LYNDERM was born in Cabuyao Laguna. Due to the insistent public demand for spa services, Lynderm expanded business from skin care center into a full day spa provider in the year 2002! As of date, Lynderm Facial Center and Day Spa has 18 branches composing of 9 joint ventures and 10 company owned. In 2008, MARIZ Ventures Corporation was formed to handle the growing needs of Lynderm Facial Center and Day Spa, MARIZ Cosmetics Laboratory and Lynderm Joint Ventures Business. From there, Lynderm Facial Center and Day Spa is a trademark under Mariz Ventures Corporation, who has emerged as a dynamic brand in the beauty and wellness industry.
