The White Rock Business Improvement Association is proud to represent more than 600 businesses and commercial property owners within the City of White Rock. As part of the BIA’s mandate, we advocate for economic and business development, market and promote the White Rock business community and partner with the City of White Rock to reinvest in the four major business districts contained within the BIA’s designated geographical areas.
