Oxley & Company was formed in 1996 to provide service to the land development industry in the areas of Surveying, Civil Engineering and Statutory/Strategic Planning. We service private clients, developers, state and local government as well as service authorities. Our company provides independent advice on all aspects of land development using the collective knowledge and experience gained from many years in the industry.
