Reclaim13 is devoted to ending the cycle of sexual exploitation of children. "13" is a vulnerable age for children and has been cited as the average age of entry into the commercial sex industry for minor victims. Our goal is to "Reclaim" a child's right to grow up feeling safe, loved, and free from harm.
