The Senate is responsible for academic policy of the University, and consists of member from Administration, all Faculties and Schools, staff, undergraduate and graduate students, representatives of Affiliated Colleges and observers.
The Western Student Senators (WSS) is the united front of the elected 14 undergraduate and 4 graduate Student Senators and hired 8 Volunteer Directors advocating for academic and campus issues at the University’s Senate. Collectively, we represent the 35,000+ students in an effort to ensure that everyone at Western University receives Canada’s best student experience.
