We are no different than the people that use our products... we are competitors. Ultimately our goal is to win, and for us ‘to win’ simply means to be the best at everything we do. For example, unless we can say with a clear conscious that a customer can’t get a better quality or bigger inventory to pick from with us than they can somewhere else, we will not be satisfied. That goes for our customer support/services, the ease of use of our technology, pricing in the marketplace, and how we treat our employees.
