University Relations mission is to advance the University of Maryland through sustained philanthropy, meaningful engagement and a preeminent global brand. University Relations is comprised of approximately 300 of the most talented and dedicated advancement professionals in the nation. The division includes sub-units: University Development and Principal Gifts, Alumni and Donor Relations, Finance and Administration, and the Office of the Vice President. University Relations also directly supports the University of Maryland College Park Foundation (UMCPF) Board of Trustees and its operations.
