Cutter Drilling Systems is a subsidiary of Premium Oilfield Services an independent oilfield service company. Cutter provides one of the most innovative new RCD’s in the industry with a unique user friendly patent pending hinged clamp design and self-aligning bearing assembly. This facilitates both safer and more timely rig ups and downs. We currently have a full range of rotary control heads available to support South Texas, West Texas and other basin operations.
