Along with its Spartan Drive Campus in Elgin, ECC offers courses and services at the following locations: the Education and Work Center in Hanover Park, Streamwood Village Hall, and several public schools and libraries. In 2016, the college opened the Elgin Community College Center for Emergency Services in Burlington.
