The vision of LDI is to ensure that Delaware has strong and diverse leadership now and into the future by empowering Fellows to achieve the highest levels of impact throughout the First State. The mission of Leadership Delaware, Inc. is to recruit and mentor the best and brightest outstanding Delawareans, who can and will transform their communities and the state.
