Statewide Title, Inc. is an independently owned title insurance agency and has been writing residential and commercial title insurance policies in North Carolina since 1984. Statewide Title is an authorized issuing agents for three national underwriters: Chicago Title Company, First American Title Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Statewide Title also provides 1031 tax deferred exchange services through a subsidiary, Statewide Title Exchange Corporation (STEC).
