The American Association of Independent Lighting Agents (AAILA) is the only national organization created to improve the professionalism of the commercial & architectural lighting sales industry. Recognizing that the vast majority of lighting sales jobs are performed by independent representatives on behalf of their principal manufacturers, AAILA focuses on improving the most important relationship in the industry. Through industry research, educational content, networking events, and an independent national conference where manufacturers and agents can meet, train, and exchange ideas outside of their normal customer interactions, AAILA fulfills the role of independent organization for our rapidly evolving industry segment.
