FOC Restaurant brings the Catalan spirit to HongKong Street with the restaurant-bar opening in September 2014. Meaning ‘fire’ in Catalan, FOC Restaurant is a collaboration between Michelin-starred Chef Nandu Jubany, Chef Jordi Noguera and award-winning mixologist Dario Nocentini. Presenting a small plates menu with Catalan and Mediterranean influences, FOC Restaurant prides itself on an equally inventive and cutting edge cocktail programme. It aims to be a vibrant Spanish affair in the heart of Singapore.
A buzzy, interactive dining experience, FOC Restaurant brings a much-needed energy to an otherwise sleepy street. It is located in a refurbished shop house and designed by famed multi-disciplinary, Barcelonan studio Lagranja design. Upon entering the restaurant, guests will be greeted by the sights and sounds of a busy open kitchen where chefs and mixologists will work side-by-side.
