Therapoid is a free of cost open science micro-publishing forums-based communication environment for science, technology, engineering, arts, humanities, and math (STEAHM) students and researchers. When its members post content the community deems important, Digital Object Identifiers (DOI) can be awarded to the micro-publication. Additionally, and unusual in social media, members are provided financial awards for the value they create. For those who opt-in, recruiters have the opportunity to recruit them for career and academic opportunities. The more the members do, the deeper the quality of their reputation can become.
