The Clinton River Watershed Council (CRWC) is a non-profit environmental organization that has worked with individuals, local governments, businesses, and other community organizations on water quality and land use issues in the watershed for over 45 years. Our mission is to protect, enhance and celebrate the Clinton River, its watershed and Lake St. Clair. This watershed river system covers 760 square miles and is a major connecting waterway of the Great Lakes, home to one of the largest fresh water deltas in North America and a water recreation wonderland on our international border with Canada. CRWC envisions a watershed in which individual and community activities protect and improve the health of the Clinton River, assuring that its natural, economic, and recreational value enhances the quality of life of those who live, work, and play in the Clinton River watershed and Lake St. Clair.
