Trouser Master Ltd is a family run business and has been in existence for over 30 years. From being established the working ethics remain the same offering excellent customer service, quality products at affordable prices. However, in order to stay competitive changes had to be made and 8 years ago we opened our own dedicated manufacturing plant in China to cater for bulk production but to maintain the same high standards the plant is overseen and run by family members. The company routes are still well and truly in the UK and we continue to have a secondary production operation at our head-office and factory in West Bromwich catering for smaller runs, speedy lead-times and final processing before delivery to our customers ensuring whether the goods are produced in the UK or China they arrive at our customers in pristine condition. We recognise that in today’s market flexibility is key and firmly believe this is one of our USP’s. We have containers arriving in the UK every month with bespoke orders and our own stock which generally allows us to cater for our customer’s needs and reduce unnecessary stock holding and also allows our customers to buy ‘little and often’ The manufacture of tailored trousers is our core business and we make in excess of 150,000 pairs per annum in China with an additional 30,000 per annum in the UK. This production coupled with our fabric expertise can take the hassle out of customers own sourcing and result in fully factored garments delivered to their door. We also manufacture skirts included pleated tartan’s, work-wear including boiler suits and aprons with high–viz components where required. Overall we can offer a total package and today proud to say we successfully supply school-wear, corporate-wear, security, bus and coach, catering, hospitality and apparel industries supplied from either our stock supported garment’s or customers own bespoke specifications.
