Cire Services opened it’s doors in 1976, offering short hobby courses and playgroup for the local community. Since then there has been major inclusions to further grow and support the community. Our services now span multiple sites which run VET courses, early childhood education, a school of choice for students in years 5 to 12, community events and more.
Cire is one of the largest ACE organisations in Eastern Melbourne and we have pioneered successful education options for young students at risk.
We are proudly a child safe organisation committed to upholding the Child Safety Standards. Cire believes that all children have the right to feel safe and to be safe at all times.
Cire will promote the cultural safety of Aboriginal children, children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds; and promote the safety of children with a disability.
We are entrusted to do the very best we possibly can to keep children in our care safe from harm; and we do this by taking steps to protect children from physical, sexual, emotional, psychological and cultural abuse and neglect. Cire is respectful and inclusive welcoming families from all backgrounds and recognising the importance of cultural differences.
