The professional staff members at PBHC are licensed by the state of Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board or the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage & Family Therapist Board. Prevention/Education instructors are certified by the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board and have received special education to provide the services the agency offers. PBHC is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of members of our community. People who live in our community make decisions about the quality of services provided at PBHC.
