The Purple Community Fund (PCF) is a UK based organization providing financial and managerial support for our sister charity in the Philippines, Upskills+ Foundation Inc. (UFI) which is registered with the Securities Exchange and Commission. We aim to help families move away from dependency on charities and find sustainable solutions so that they can live fulfilled and independent lives. We are a charity dedicated to ending child labour & restoring childhood with dumpsite & cemetery communities in the Philippines!
