Since returning to the US in 1998 from my home in England, I have been passionately working toward ‘greening’ the funeral industry. Originally called Colorful Coffins, our business started by supplying biodegradable caskets, urns, and ash containers to families in need. And through outreach at conferences, festivals, and media interviews, we have provided information regarding the green burial process to the community at large.
