Services ISS Contact Centers We provide multi channel customer contact by phone, sms texting and-or live web applications. These services we offer both at one of our own locations or on site with our own people or the clients personnel. We are professionals in handling services like: inbound/outbound customer contact; technical helpdesk; email/webform; training, interim management & consultancy; co-sourcing; insourcing; business process outsourcing. Locations For the Dutch market ISS CC has 4 sites in the Netherlands and 1 location in Turkey. We also support more than 20 large organisations on their own premises. On our sites in Leidschendam, Assen, Rotterdam and Oosterhout, we have 500 seats and 900 agents. Turkey Our site in Turkey (Istanbul) has 900 seats for the Turkish market and 50 seats for the Dutch market. In Turkey ISS Contact Center uses Native speakers for the Dutch market. Knowledge and experience are shared by our on & offshore facilities creating the best of both worlds. We distinguish ourselves by offering a team with a deep offshore knowledge and experience. This results in a reduction in costs that can amount to 30 – 40%. Innovative ISS Contact Centers is knowledge driven and uses innovation as an additional tool to keep improving the business.
