EURACTIV.cz is a Czech European policy portal and a member of the EurActiv media network with presence in 15 European capitals. EURACTIV.cz uses the content produced by Brussels based EurActiv.com (www.euractiv.com) and puts it in national context in order to help Czech readers follow EU policy debate. It also provides original coverage of national debate on European and relevant national policies. EURACTIV.cz has been active in Czech Republic since 2004. Its aim is not only to provide information about the EU, but also to create a platform where local interest groups can meet to debate European policies. By providing wide range of positions from relevant stakeholders both from Czech Republic and outside, EURACTIV.cz aims to contribute to an informed policy debate as well as to building national positions on European issues.
