The Nonprofit Resource Center (NRC), a program of the Volunteer Center of Riverside County, was founded in 1998 by a group of regional nonprofits whose representatives felt a need to build the capacity of all nonprofit organizations in Riverside County. Today, the NRC provides management training workshops facilitated by highly trained nonprofit, academia and business professionals throughout Riverside County. Additionally, the NRC serves as a resource to those starting their own nonprofits, looking at ways to improve the effectiveness or their organizations and those looking for new potential funding sources.
