Vault is a cloud-based, private and HIPAA-secure tool that health care providers use to evaluate and monitor patient symptoms and easily screen for common medical conditions. Vault uses any web-enabled device (computer, tablet, smart phone) to gather a patient's data privately and communicate it to the patient's health care provider.
