We research your market and identify all individuals in targeted companies who may have the skills required for your role. We contact individuals who are known to our firm and other industry leaders to determine the top performers and deliver the best available talent.
We qualify our candidates! All potential candidates are contacted and screened. After which we analyze our results and conduct in depth phone interviews to determine skill level, soft skill fit, and the individual’s motivation to make a change. It's this additional effort in the details that gives us a reputation for delivering the candidate best suited for your position.
After we have established the different gradation of candidates available, we select the top 3 to 4 that match your position requirements closest. We will present their backgrounds to you along with motivators, strengths & weaknesses. After review we arrange for those candidates to meet your team for an in-depth on-site interview.
After meeting with the selected candidates we reach out to our clients to not only establish which candidate you'd like to select, but also learn about the candidates you did not select from so that we can better identify future candidates for your team. Beyond selection, we know our candidates and their motivations well. We can prepare you to capture the right individual for your needs.
