We only use the best. Our organic home made dough is made with the best Polselli 00 flour, fresh yeast and Sicilian Sea salt. It's then cold fermented for 3 days to develop flavour, hand stretched and topped with only the finest ingredients like San Marzano DOP tomatoes, fresh basil & Fior di Latte Mozzarella. After a mere 60 seconds in our 500 degree (C) ovens, the crusts are light, chewy and charred and your guests will love them!
Our Pizza chef is trained by multi award winning and Best UK Pizza Chef, Marco Fuso. We pass this knowledge and expertise on to our young dynamic team.
We understand the need for speed at events, and we're fast. At full speed we can produce 100 pizzas per hour so your guests won't be waiting long for their pizzas.
