Allied Group, Inc. was created as a for-profit corporation in September 1987, and was designated as an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®) in November 1992, an honor received by an elite few property management companies. Since inception, Allied has steadily increased the size and value of our management portfolio, managing properties for individuals, investors, real estate syndicates, developers, non-profit agencies, and local government housing authorities. Allied does not own any of the assets that it manages. A team approach is taken to the management of each community.
