Westmont Engineering was founded in Westmont, Illinois in 1936 by Jay D. Morey. The company’s inaugural project was the installation of the conveyor system for the US Postal Service in downtown Chicago. Since that time, Westmont Engineering has grown and expanded its expertise. The company works hard to stay abreast of the latest methods and technology while also innovating and developing unique solutions to meet clients’ needs. Today, Westmont Engineering serves clients throughout the Midwest and United States while maintaining its personal, family-based leadership. Doug Morey, Westmont Engineering’s current president, attributes the company’s long-term success to the dedication and hard work of its Millwrights.
