Jody is a certified/licensed Interior Designer and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in interior design from the CIDA (Council for Interior Design Accreditation), School of Visual Arts in NYC. ASID member as well as LEED AP ID&C. She has been recognized in magazines and online, and was named ASID CT Chapter President 2017/2018. Jody Myers-Fierz, founder of design firm, Jody Fierz Interiors, has loved design for decades and her passion shows with every nuanced detail she includes in each project. She began her distinguished career in New York City, gaining experience in both residential and commercial design, which has helped her hone her talent and shape the way she approaches each project. “My approach is to create a space that reflects each client’s individual personality and brings them a sense of peace. We do not have a signature design. Each design is unique and solely about the client. I like to push the boundaries by blending unique concepts and adding life into each space with the simple facet, color.”
