Meena Consultancy and General Contracting DMCC was established in 2016 and located in Dubai – the economic and financial center of the Middle East. Meena is mainly responsible for power engineering construction general contracting, power engineering design, project supervision and management, etc. The fields involved include energy fields such as power transmission, substation and distribution, clean energy and comprehensive energy utilization. MEENA has an administrative office, the engineering department, project management department, planning and contracting department, human resources department, material procurement department, quality assurance, control and HSSE department, Africa Division, Asia Division and Middle East Division. There are more than 200 employees, including, 10 senior design engineers, 35 engineers with intermediate titles and below, 6 first-level construction engineers, and 8 second-level construction engineers; it has more than 20 large and medium-sized mechanical equipment and testing instruments (sets).
