Our journey started in 2009 with, quite literally, one-man-and-a-van and an ambition to become the best two-man, home delivery company in the UK. Working towards improving our standard of service at every stage of the customer experience, all our Delivery Teams are trained at our on-site Training Academy, right here in Wednesbury, with regular refreshers. Our bespoke training covers product-handling, product-assembly, driving skills and, of course, face-to-face customer service as ambassadors of our retail clients’ brands. Today, we remain an independently-owned, hard-working and energetically-run, family business with many more vans, many more square-feet of warehouse and, most importantly, many more skilled staff but still striving to deliver the best two-man home-delivery service in the UK.
