Park County Animal Shelter (PCAS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Cody, Wyoming. Our mission is to provide excellent care and find good homes for our animal guests; promote responsible pet guardianship; reduce the overpopulation of feral cats as well as all pets; and run an organized, efficient shelter with a no-kill philosophy.
