A traditional fermented tea, incredible for gut health (and a far healthier, and even more tasty than most alternative options such as soda, coffee, beer, wine or spirits). Most importantly we are focusing on and working with those who are creating the vibrant culture on the streets of this magical city. We are a closed loop production. We believe in 'Slowing down before scaling up'. We use local produce, we repeal, clean and reuse all of our bottles and we use sales channels that you can pick up / or we deliver by bike to your door. The future of expansion can be clean and lean.
