Born and raised in Philadelphia, Richard received his Bachelors Degree in Finance from Drexel University. His professional background includes a tour of duty as an assistant to a MAI appraiser and employment with a development company that built, owned and managed office buildings and hotels along the East Coast and throughout the Midwest, in the latter he rose to the rank of CFO. He obtained his broker’s license for Pennsylvania in 2004 and received his Florida broker license in March, 2021. Richard prides himself on a reputation built on his win-win philosophy.
