Asset Management XA Investments LLC (”XAI”) is a Chicago-based firm founded by XMS in March, 2016. The XAI leadership team believes that financial advisors and their clients need access to a broader range of alternative investment strategies and managers. XAI is the registered funds division of XMS. Merchant Banking XMS merchant banking activities are focused on partnering with strong management teams and creating tailored investment solutions. XMS differs from traditional private equity firms, since XMS is not bound by specific hold periods or a requirement for control.
