We're poised to help solve the Gen Z retention problem through gamification. metaMORF is the solution enterprises need to increase engagement, productivity and retention. It provides an immersive experience built for GenZs to explore and be challenged through a set of mini games designed to assess and develop power skills. In addition we envision the Kosmos way as a virtuous cycle model where our for-profit Kosmos Workforce will eventually provide funding to our non-profit Switch workshop which is effectively addressing youth disillusionment in the US and Mexico.
