SKILL WILL is a Nonprofit Research Organization based engaged in applied research of the sciences, social sciences, and humanities. With the development of the electronic information exchange, evolution of the data processing systems and specialized line of business applications, paper based communications are rapidly becoming obsolete, unreliable, slow and unproductive. SKILL WILL works on researching and creating new models of human – systems interactions, which takes into account complex processing logic. The result of our research is new scientific knowledge that is implemented to meet specific objectives with respect to products, processes, and services.
