The Women’s Offshore Network (WON) is a non-profit organisation aimed at bringing together women who live and work offshore in the British Virgin Islands. WON furthers its members' interests by focussing on the empowerment of women and issues that directly affect how members experience offshore life. Through WON’s various professional and social events, members have an opportunity to meet other like-minded women, experience personal and professional development and network in an environment which makes a real contribution to the community.
